In March 2020, Skinney – Þinganes’s equal pay system received certification from iCert, a certification body. Last March iCert conducted a maintenance audit of the equal pay system in accordance with the requirements of the equal pay standard ÍST 85: 2012. The audit took place through teleconferencing equipment due to social distancing guidance. The conclusion of the audit director of iCert was that the equal pay system of Skinney – Þinganes meets the requirements of the equal pay standard and it was recommended that the status of the company’s certificate be unchanged.
